Questions
Who counts as an agent?+
Anyone on your team who has been the listing agent on a listing in the last 90 days, plus the team owner. Admins, assistants and transaction coordinators who don’t list homes are free, and so is everyone on the other side of the deal.
Do buyer’s agents or sellers pay?+
Never. Booking a showing, leaving feedback and following a home as a seller are always free.
How does the free trial work?+
14 days with everything included. We ask for a card when you start, email you before the first charge, and you can cancel in one click.
Why does the price per agent go down?+
The more of your team, brokerage or MLS you bring, the less each agent costs. Each range’s price applies to the agents in that range, so each added agent adds a little to the bill, with no jumps at the cutoffs.
Can we pay yearly?+
Yes. Paying for the year gets you two months free.
What about add-ons?+
Sign inventory and text messaging are optional add-ons, priced separately.
